What we collect
Only the details needed to begin a roofing conversation.
The estimate form may collect your name, phone number or email, preferred contact method, property town or ZIP, roofing need, timing, and any optional project details you provide. Website hosting may also create routine technical and security logs, such as an IP address, browser information, and request time.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, insurance-policy documents, or other sensitive financial data through this form.
How we use it
To respond to the request you made.
Ascension uses submitted information to review the property and roofing need, contact you by the method you select, arrange an estimate when the project is a fit, protect the form from abuse, and maintain reasonable business records. Submitting an estimate request does not add you to an unrelated marketing list.
Service providers
Limited processing for hosting, delivery, and spam protection.
Ascension may use Vercel to host the website and Resend to deliver estimate-request emails. These providers process information to perform those services. Ascension does not sell or rent information submitted with an estimate request.
The estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this security check. We send the verification token to Cloudflare to validate the check before emailing a request; we do not send your name, contact details, or project description to Turnstile. This security check operates independently of optional analytics. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
The service-area page may load an embedded Google My Map. When that map loads or you interact with it, Google may receive technical and usage information such as your IP address, browser or device details, referring page, and map interactions. Google describes that processing in its privacy guidance for embedded products (opens in a new tab).
Retention and choices
Kept only as long as reasonably needed.
Inquiry information that does not become a customer or project record is ordinarily deleted within 12 months. If an inquiry leads to work, related records may be kept longer for project administration, warranty, accounting, safety, or legal needs.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent through this website, email joshua@ascensionroofingcolorado.com. Ascension may retain records that it is legally or operationally required to keep.
Optional analytics
You choose whether measurement is allowed.
With your permission, this website uses Ascension's Google Analytics property to understand page visits, successful estimate requests, and clicks on phone or email links. Ascension does not send your name, contact information, town or ZIP, project details, form field values, URL query text, or unknown URL paths to Google Analytics. Only the page path is measured, without query text or form details. A phone-link click shows intent to call; it does not confirm that a call was connected or became a customer.
Analytics does not load until you allow it. You can change that choice below at any time. Google may process technical information under its own privacy terms when analytics is allowed. Advertising storage, ad personalization, automatic site-search measurement, and automatic form-interaction measurement remain disabled in this website's analytics configuration.
