A hidden exhaust problem beneath a Crestone roof.

Another proposal would have covered the existing TPO. Joshua traced the failure deeper: bathroom exhaust was sending warm, moist air into the rafter bays beneath the membrane. The new roof began with correcting that ventilation path.

    Route the bathroom exhaust outdoors before installing the replacement roof.

    The exhaust path was corrected and 1,400 square feet of barn-red standing-seam roofing was installed.
