Bathroom exhaust fans terminated in the rafter bays beneath the existing TPO membrane. Warm, moist air from the bathrooms was trapped in the roof cavity, and the ridge vent did not provide a workable path out.

Route the bathroom exhausts to the exterior and correct the moisture path before replacing the roof rather than covering the existing TPO with another layer.
03Built
Ascension vented the bathroom fans to the exterior, prepared the roof, and installed 1,400 square feet of barn-red standing-seam metal roofing.
