Ascension joined this new-construction project in Crestone to handle the roof framing and metal roofing. The work also included correcting framing issues already present when the crew arrived.
- 02Framing
The roof was framed with 14-inch TJI engineered wood I-joists used as rafters. Joshua highlights the framing corrections as an important part of getting this project ready for its roof.
- 03Roofing
Ascension installed burnished-slate standing-seam metal roofing with panels more than 40 feet long.
- 04Completed scope
Joshua confirmed that the late-July photographs show Ascension’s roofing scope complete. Work on the rest of the home was still underway.
